Far Far Away is a place where I dream, drool and dare to travel. I have been travelling for over 10 years now – setting foot on 5 continents, and over 30 countries – that’s a lot of photos & information to be included. Which will happen. Eventually. Over the months. I will also include on this page reviews of travel books that I read.
Yummy Tummy is for the other love in my life. Food. For someone who never ventured near the kitchen when living with her parents, I have now done an about-turn and can spend hours making things from scratch. I am fortunate to have the luxury of time to do so, and a wide array of ingredients at my disposal. The result : many madcap recipes concocted entirely by me, some of which will be included on this page.
Bling-Bling is, you guessed it, all about jewellery. The page will mostly feature pieces that I have made, of which some will be available for purchase. You can click on Available Now to view these pieces. Enquiries on pieces for sale or any other designs can be made via the Contact ibrisa7 form. Other sparkly bits will include gorgeous collections from around the world.
I Say..You Say.. is a tongue-in-cheek exploration of my fascination for languages – the inherent quirkiness, the idiosyncrasies and “exceptions to the rule”, and the very many cute-sounding words. Unfortunately or not, for the moment, my keyboard only allows me to comment on languages based on a Latin script. Book reviews will also be available.
Should I? Would You? is where I air the kooky thoughts and ideas that creep into my head. Please feel free to leave your comments via the Contact ibrisa7 form. When expressing opinions, respect and civility will be much appreciated.
I Like! is a page of links to some of my favourite sites. I have left out the obvious news websites that many of us go to everyday, and have chosen instead to focus on other lifestyle sites. The list will change over time, so do take a peek now and then to see if something new might interest you too.
Akan Datang is the page to go to when you want to have a quick summary on what’s happening in my life, where I will be in the next few weeks, or just generally new updates on the blog to look out for.
